All Novaryt products are digital downloads (PDF planners, trackers and worksheets). Because you get access to the files immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind.
When we will help
We will replace the file or give you a full refund if:
- the file is damaged or won't open, and we can't fix it,
- you were charged twice for the same order, or
- you never received your download link and we can't resend it.
How to ask
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 2 business days.
Who processes payments
Orders are processed by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for all orders. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
